


C.A.T.S. is a Strength & Conditioning Program designed specifically for Athletes. Emphasis is on strength, speed and agility training. A two or three day per week program is developed for each athlete based on their own strengths and weaknesses.
Strength Training consist of basic core mass movements such as squat, bench, deadlift and power clean, combined with auxiliary lifts, such as stiff leg deadlifts, leg extensions, leg curls, lunges, ham/glute raises, power snatch, jerk press and heavy dips. Speed and Agility Training is made up of dot drills, plyometrics, dynamic warm ups and sprints.
Pre-Testing is done on each athlete and an eight to twelve week program is designed based upon the individuals starting point and the specific sport he or she wishes to excel in.
The C.A.T.S. Program can be adjusted to to any age athlete, any sport or any level of fitness. Both in season and off season programs are available. Individual and Group programs are offered.
