By combining the 20 minute nautilus circuit with 30 minutes of cardio, 2 to 3 times weekly, and following a sensible nutritional program, a healthier you is only weeks away.

I started working with free weights at the age of 19. It didn't take long to notice improvement in appearance and health. I made weight training part of my life.
