Spin/Sunrise Spin*: Spinning is designed to mirror real road cycling technique. With five core movements and three hand positions, this program allows fitness enthusiasts to experience the camaraderie of group exercise at a self directed pace. (B I A) 60 minutes
YogaFIT: Combines Basic Yoga postures with cardio fitness and stretching. Designed to align and strengthen
your core, while promoting flexibility and cardio conditioning. All Welcomed. (B I A) 60 minutes
Mat Pilates: Pilates will help you to strengthen and lengthen your muscles, improving your flexibility, posture, abdominal
and core regions. Bring your own mat. (B I A) 60 minutes
Body Sculpt: A Total Body Workout for all levels that incorporates the use of bars, balls, bands and weights. (B I A) 60 minutes
Kick Box: Kick, Punch, Jab, Duck and Block your way to stronger legs, upper body, and abs while getting a great
cardiovascular workout. (B I A) 60 minutes
Hatha Yoga*: (Basic Yoga) Learn basic yoga postures, and breathing techniques. Emphasis on proper alignment
and increased flexibility. (B I A) 60 minutes
Kick & Sculpt: Intervals of kick boxing alternated with intervals of total body toning (done with stability
balls, body bars and hand weights), finished off with a blast of abdominal work and some
light stretching. (B I A) 60 minutes
Cardio Core: Combination of cardio drills and hardcore abs. Finished with stretching. All Welcomed.
(B I A) 60 minutes.
Cardio Pump: Segments of total muscle pumping exercises, alternated with series of cardiovascular
movements. Finished off with some abdominal work. (B I A) 60 minutes
Hard Core: The Ultimate Core Workout. Variations of abdominal exercises are done to strengthen and tone.
Pilates movements and postures are added to complete the total core workout. (B I A) 45 minutes
Fab Abs: Total Abdominal workout, bring mat or towel to lay on. (B I A) 20 minutes
