


Welcome Toll Gate Titans!


Now the real test begins, who will endure the physical pain and become an elite player? From now on, YOU decide how great of an athlete YOU become. For maximum gains, groups of 3-5 should come in three days per week and begin each workout with dot drills and dynamic warm-ups. From there, go to the Front Desk and request your individual workouts. Most importantly, inform a C.A.T.S. trainer you are on the Free Weight Floor, also be sure to use proper spotting techniques for every set, safety comes first! Each workout will allow you to break new goals and prepare your body to take on each and every opponent.
Remember, the most dedicated and determined, will become BIGGER FASTER STRONGER, and the Team with the BIGGEST FASTEST STRONGEST will greatly increase their chance at becoming State Champs!
Remember you MUST be in groups of 2-5 You are on a 2 or 3 day per week workout until the Football Season starts. Anyone participating in another sport should remain on a two day program, be sure to inform your trainer. A Trainer will be on the floor Mon - Fri from 9am to 7 pm to assist you.
Once each player is evaluated and set up on their program, they will be able to come in anytime between Mon-Fri 9am-7pm and Sat 1-6pm, as long as each player makes two workouts per week. Players are encourage to come in groups of two to four.
